Sec 3NA/3E art assignment (copy painting) feb 2013

Dear student artists,

As briefed during art lesson last week, please kindly prepare an image of a painting from the Impressionism period for your copy painting.

You can select a painting from the following impressionists:
Monet
Manet
Pissarro
Van Gogh
Cezzane

Please print it out (at least A5 size) and bring it to class. If you do not have a printer at home, please email me at moxaics@gmail.com and I'll print it out for you.

Deadline: prepare your image latest by 15 feb 2013.

Pop Art Portraits

 

POP ART PORTRAITS

This post came way too late but better late than never.

The Pop Art potraits done by our 3NA/3E (2011) art students are finally up to grace the walls in our school compound.  

3E3/3E4 ++ 28 June ++

For today's lesson, we did peer evaluation of our friends' June Holiday Assignment!!!

The objectives of doing peer evaluation are:

(1) to understand what markers are looking for when assessing our works

(2) to be self relective during our own art making process

(3) to understand and read artworks as part of our SOVA component.

Coursework Intensive Programme

Dear graduating art students from 4a2, 4e2, 4e4 & 4e5,
you should have received the letter to your parents regarding the coursework intensive programme today.

Please get your parents to sign and return the acknowledgement slips to me by next tuesday.

Please be reminded to bring all coursework related stuff and attend the programme on the following days:

1 - 3 June : 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm
(Extended programme ends at 12:30 pm, 1 hr lunch break, to report at 1:30pm in Art Room)

7 - 10 June: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Lunch and snacks provided.
